RETURNS AND REFUNDS – LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL’S NOTICE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 3 days from receiving the order.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- An explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw should be sent to the e-mail address info@rezaro.net , requesting the withdrawal form Customer Care and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation e-mail to complete the procedure.
- At the end of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be included in the box, a sheet with the address of the warehouse to be printed and applied outside the box and the instructions for returning the product.
- Insert the completed return form in the box along with the product (s) to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, with the original packaging and any included manuals, and labels and tags still attached to the products.
- Prepare the box by applying the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside.
- The destination is:
Rezaro vision Outlook General Trading, Al jurf industrial 1, Ajman ,UAE - The customer can return the parcel using a shipping provider of his o her choice.
- The return of the items must take place without undue delay and, in any case, within 3 days from the day on which the request for withdrawal was made. The deadline is met if the goods have been shipped before the expiry of the 3 days period.
If the non-conformity of the product is confirmed, we will effect the refund using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal etc) or by bank transfer.
